Kirby D. Payne, CHA
President
Mr. Payne has over 30 years of diversified international experience in the hospitality industry. Considered an industry expert, he is regularly engaged in presentations, lectures, panels, and interviews. He has written well over 100 industry-related articles and in 2002 he served as Chairman of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. In the work he does with the company, Mr. Payne excels particularly in development and implementation of marketing plans and cost controls in all areas of hotel operations, planning and implementation of property upgrades, and the development of a full range of lodging facilities.

Victoria S. Richman
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Richman, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, oversees all financial and accounting operations. She holds an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and has over 20 years of professional experience. In her work Ms. Richman is an expert in advising strategic refinancing and is able to review hotel financials to recommend changes leading to enhanced profitability, she conducts asset management reviews and is able to bring attention to possible improvements and areas of concern. Additionally, Ms. Richman is adept in the implementation of the company’s systems and internal control procedures.

Matthew A. Kent, CHA
Senior Vice President - Operations
With over 18 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Kent has developed an extensive background in numerous facets of the industry. Mr. Kent is responsible for assuming the management of the full service and limited service hotels managed by the company. With specialized training and experience, Mr. Kent is competent in all areas of business management, marketing and sales, operations, human resources and financial administration.
